Where to find old pole railings?

Looking for a stair railing according to the picture. I have a railing on one side and now want to put the same type of railing on the other side. But it seems impossible to find any like that. I suspect they were installed when the house was built in the 70s. Can anyone help me?

Spontaneously, I think it's difficult to find something ready-made like that. But it looks like a regular T-profile welded onto a holder. Not even particularly well done, so you might be able to fix that yourself with a rented welder, YouTube, and a few tries. Otherwise, any local blacksmith, car workshop, or similar can do it.

Looks like regular standard T-sections as Allt Går says. Measure them, show your pictures and ask a local metal workshop for a quote and you'll probably get it done for a reasonable amount.
