Where to find new sill with measurements 75x220 mm?

This summer, the plan is to replace just under two meters of the sill on our cabin. But it's a substantial sill we're dealing with, with dimensions of 75x220 mm. It doesn't seem like something you find in a regular hardware store.

So, where do you think I can find a new sill with these dimensions?

At a sawmill. Alternatively, use glulam with the dimension 78x225. I guess the original dimension is 75x225, which corresponds to 3x9 inches.

Depending on how it looks with the layout and the dimensions otherwise, you can replace with two 45*225 that are screw-glued.

Thank you for the responses. I contacted a local timber yard, which has now promised to cut timber to the right dimensions.
