Where can you buy side-mounted hinges?

Hello,

I have been searching all day for side-mounted hinges like the type below:

So you can fold a panel flat without mounting hinges on top of or between the panels. Does anyone have an idea where this might be available in the Stockholm area? It doesn't seem to be something available as standard at the big hardware stores.

Not that I've ever seen the hinge, but my best tips are the beslagsteamet or theofils.
