Does anyone know where to buy such a threaded T arm that is on the press like in the picture or what it's called?

Is it a spare part for an existing press? If so, it might be easiest to check with the manufacturer/retailer? Otherwise, you need to find out what kind of thread it is, probably some kind of trapezoidal thread. If it's some standard dimension, you might be able to buy a threaded rod from a steel wholesaler; otherwise, you should contact a mechanical workshop that can manufacture a thread.
