Where can I find such a rubber sleeve?

Anyone know where to find a rubber coupling like this? About 50mm in diameter? I'm sealing an oil tank to prevent oil from leaking out.
In the USA it's called Fernco It is a PQC-102.

I don’t really understand, what is it?
A massive rubber puck with a hose clamp around it? Or more like a plastic lid with a hose clamp?

Judging by the price, it must be made of gold or something.... Depending on the size, Ahlsell's gross prices range from 316kr (the smallest at 50mm) to 1295kr (for the largest at 200mm) and VAT is, of course, added to this...

I don't think these are made of oil-resistant rubber. It might be worth checking before purchase.
