I am renovating an apartment in a landshövdingehus in Majorna, Gothenburg, which was renovated in 1990. Back then, they covered all the old walls with plasterboard. I have torn down the plasterboard walls between the kitchen and living room and want to install a large "portal." I am looking for old wooden beams sized 6 by 6 inches to use as columns as well.

Any tips on where I can find nice old ones?

Don't understand what you mean, I referred you to Blocket, where most things are usually advertised.
But o'kay, I assumed you knew what was meant by Blocket, now Perk has also provided a more detailed answer.

maybe it's a laminated beam you're looking for, and you can order one from your lumber dealer
otherwise, there are also old laminated beams to find on Blocket, check here

since it's an old house you're working on, the dimensions are probably no longer feasible, but any sawmill can cut the dimension you want.

As a newcomer, you should behave politely if you expect answers to your questions in the future.
