I have searched around the internet but only find this type of hinge on American sites (specifically Amazon). I have a couple of similar ones on a gate that have worked perfectly for 15 years, and I am now building more gates and would like to get the same type of hinge.
The one I have previously is very similar to the one in the picture, but instead of a "loop" it is more like a "cap," meaning the pin does not come out on the other side of the "loop."
I am not looking for the type that is completely through with a nut on the other side, but this type that screws into the post and the gate, with threads similar to a French wood screw. The through type with a nut is available in a few places, but strangely enough, I have only found the male/hook part in a Swedish online store, but not the female/loop.
