I have bought a 1950s house with a slab on grade, without insulation underneath. Today, parts of the ground floor are raised with insulation. I am now considering how I can achieve the same level on the entire floor, with the smallest possible construction height (the ceiling height is only 2.35 m).

For the surface of the floor, I am considering some type of tiles and solid oak flooring. There will also be a bathroom, with tiles as the floor material.

Does the panel have any smart setups? I have been considering a ventilated floor myself. For example, tearing out the existing raised floor and installing a Nivellgolv with, for instance, 5 cm of insulation. The question is whether 5 cm of insulation will cause the underfloor heating needed under the tiled areas to only heat the slab, do you need more insulation?

Is there any other proven way to arrange this?

Grateful for suggestions,
/Magnus

That question has come up before and as I remember, five cm is too thin if you want to get a decent heat economy.
