Hello
I have some kind of sheet metal at the bottom of the facade that is starting to look quite shabby. I'm interested in replacing it. But I can't find what I can replace it with? This one is made of some kind of plastic material. Can't find anything suitable.

  • Close-up of a worn plastic flashing at the bottom of a textured facade, adjacent to gravel and rocks.
  • Lower part of a facade with weathered plastic flashing beside a cobblestone path and black downspout.
  • Plastic flashing at the bottom of a facade with weathered stone paving and textured wall in background.

Visit a metal workshop and give them the measurements, and you'll get a good solution.

Looks like a list you lay over drainage/insulation. Don't you see the Styrofoam in the first picture?

Thank you so much, I found it now. It's a bit embarrassing that I've been googling on and off for 2 weeks without finding out what it was.

The idea is that it should be underground, it is not meant to be exposed to daylight. They quickly become quite dry and ugly then.
