Hello. Inexperienced beginner question but would appreciate help.
What are these concrete blocks called that are mortared together? See pictures. I want to build a small plinth with the same type of blocks but only find leca-blocks or form blocks when I google, but that's not it.
These have been used to build the garage wall and they resemble those I have in the basement walls (50s?)
A wall made of rectangular concrete blocks, commonly used in mid-20th-century constructions, discussed in a renovation forum post. Concrete blocks forming a wall, commonly used in older garages or basements, similar to those from the 1950s.

Doesn't it look quite similar to regular concrete hollow blocks Concrete hollow block with four rectangular openings, resembling standard masonry blocks, used in construction for structural support.
Maybe you can measure and see which block matches the dimensions?

Oops, third in line. Things are moving fast here :)
