See attached image. I suspect it is not called a screw since it is a female part meant to receive a screw. The one in the image has a Phillips head as well, but the type of head doesn't really matter. The main point is that it can be turned.

Don't know what they're called. But if you live within a reasonable distance to Hornbach, they have those in the screw department, available for purchase individually.
