Hi, I've got hold of a package with screws with a slightly different thread.
What is the one below used for? The top one is "standard thread"

Two screws on a sheet of paper; the top screw has a standard thread, and the bottom screw has an unusual thread pattern.

Looks like regular decking screws.

A wooden deck screw with a flat head and threaded metal shaft shown against a white background.
A standard decking screw with a flat head and spiral threading, commonly used in construction and renovation projects.
A standard decking screw with a flat head and threaded body.

Isn't it for lättbetong? The lower screw.

Okay thanks but they are quite long, 14 cm.

Lightweight concrete screws are usually a bit thicker, around 8/10mm.

Lightweight concrete or perhaps chipboard?

14 cm is probably too long for decking screws, right? Lightweight concrete, on the other hand, seems reasonable, doesn't it?

Diameter about 5 mm on the non-threaded part

Quick screwing in and tightening something.

Have piles of those screws in various lengths, our large wooden packaging is partially screwed together for easier opening, previously they were nailed.
So, long quick screw to replace nail.
