What is the correct technical name for this concrete slab?
Commonly used as an intermediate slab between the basement and ground floor in houses from the 1950s-1960s, possibly also the 70s.
Concrete vault
Smooth underside except for the longitudinal joints on the elements
Top side with ridges or beams in longitudinal joints.
Then wooden joists crossed on top of the beams followed by a plank floor
Usually filled with sawdust or wood shavings in the "compartments."
