What is the name of this screw and where can I buy it?

I need 4 of these screws in matte nickel to match my door fittings. What are they called and where online can I order them?

Slotted screw with half-round head. 3/4 inch.
Are you sure it's matte nickel? I've only seen bright nickel-plated screws.

It might very well be plain nickel (but it looks quite matte), but it did come in the package of matte/brushed nickel fittings.
How is screw length measured, is it including or excluding the head (are mine about 16 or 19 mm)?

I have three with 3.3 mm dia shafts and two with 4.1 mm dia. You can have them.

How is the length of screws measured, is it including or excluding the head (are mine about 16 or 19 mm)?

With a countersunk head, you measure from the "top" part of the countersink.
Otherwise, you measure "under" the head.
