If you have moisture in the trossbotten, you likely have a leak through the roof; it seems to be exemplary airy underneath, so the moisture is unlikely to come from there.

Yes, maybe so. The exterior panel is attached to asfaboard without an air gap, so I suspect that might also be the culprit. I am in the process of replacing the panel and also replacing the insulation.
