What do you repair aerated concrete with?
Plaster!
Buy a spray bottle that you can pump pressure into and buy primer. Mix primer and water 1:4 and spray it on the channel.
Let it soak for a while and then apply plaster. The plaster should have the consistency to stay on the spatula without changing shape if you turn it upside down. Use a regular spatula to smooth out the plaster.
When the plaster has dried for about 20-30 minutes and is slightly damp, you can "smooth" it with a rubber smoother (a plate with rubber/hard foam underneath) or apply regular hand filler. If you use a hand filler, you must be careful with the plaster so it doesn't become too much. The plaster is very difficult to sand...

Tell me more! What is primer and why do you use it? Is it the same technique if you're filling in after replacing a conduit in a plastered brick wall?anders07 said:
