Hello everyone!
I am planning to mount a TV on the wall. Not a big one, but quite a light one.
And also a TV furniture..
And it weighs around 25kg.

My question is.. is 15mm raw board sufficient for it to attach well?

It's not guaranteed that I can hit the studs when you have a specific place you want everything! :)

here is a picture of how it is built.

Yes. I would definitely say the råspont is sufficient.

it feels like it should be enough..
But then of course it's best if you find a regel..
But as mentioned, it can be quite difficult sometimes

The more screws, the better it holds. "When in doubt, use excess".

the idea is a Bestå cabinet from IKEA.
And they are 180 long.
I think there are 4 mounting points at about cc 500-600 :)

Check and make more attachments if you have any doubts about the durability.

Feel it out and make more fastenings if you have the slightest doubt about the strength.
Probably should do that!
You can really feel if the screw grabs or if it feels soft :)
Like when you're screwing into drywall, you can feel how soft it is
