Wall mount for speakers drywall+plank

Hello! I want to mount my speakers on the wall. First, there's a simple plasterboard and behind it, there's raw boards about 10-12mm thick.
The speakers weigh 12kg each.
The mounts I plan to use are these, (but I'm flexible so if there are any better ones, I'm happy to go with those): http://www.produktinfo.conrad.com/d...3-an-01-de-B_TECH_BT77_WANDHALTER_SCHWARZ.pdf
Is it possible to do this? Will it hold well? I won't be able to attach them to any studs because the position doesn't allow it.

Ok! Since it's my first time doing something like this, I'm wondering what I need to consider?
The manual for the brackets: http://www.produktinfo.conrad.com/d...3-an-01-de-B_TECH_BT77_WANDHALTER_SCHWARZ.pdf
I read about something called Molly bolt, is it necessary here do you think?
