Hello

I'm coming with a question that I know has been raised many times, but I'm trying anyway :)

We have looked at a house and in the basement, the previous owner has started to furnish.

It feels like, now that I've read a bit on the forum, this solution with 22x95 nailed directly against leca is not a good solution?

The second picture is in the same room.

What to do? Is it just to tear it down?

Note the beams in the ceiling, does anyone know what they are, they are white long blocks/beams.

Wood against concrete/Leca is a risk construction. :P Better to use steel studs or plaster the walls.
The "beams" in the ceiling look like Siporex blocks. :)
