Wait between tiling and grouting

Certainly a very silly question (but you can still try to hold back your laughter).

Does it matter if you wait a long time between tiling and grouting?
I will be installing mosaic in the kitchen at the country house but will only have time to put up the tiles this week while the grouting will have to wait a few weekends.

it usually states how long you should wait.
it is so that the fästmassan hardens/cures properly

Yes, it states how long you have to wait at minimum, but not how long you can wait at most.

There is no problem with waiting longer.

It's only cosmetic with the sealant...

But don't grease it up with cooking fumes, etc.

If you're not going to be there, it's no problem. Do you have the heating on there all the time?
