I need cover panels for my new kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen manufacturer has stopped producing the specific cover panels we wanted. Therefore, I am now looking for veneer boards or possibly custom-sized veneer. We are looking for Teak, Eucalyptus or similar.
Does anyone know where to find this? It must have veneer on the side as well.

The best option is to order thin side pieces from a carpentry shop, as they will be edge-banded and lacquered. If the cabinets are detachable, you can also have new cabinet sides made where you want them in trä. But you can probably also buy veneer at a carpentry shop.
I will be installing cover panels above the cabinets in the kitchen now and am considering what material is the most suitable?
Something tells me that white-painted unitskiva should work pretty well? The kitchen is white otherwise.
But how do you attach these in a good way? One thought I have is to attach construction brackets on top of the cabinets and then paint a bit of magnetic paint on the back of the cover panel. Then they should be fairly easy to take down if needed?
Let me know what you think!
Best, Micke

You screw the panel from inside the cabinet, it's as simple as that.Mieron said:
