I have a wedge-shaped timber floor covering about 35 square meters, thickness 65 mm, in excess due to a house renovation and change in floor plan. This, in connection with pouring a slab with underfloor heating, makes this floor unsuitable (unfortunately) as the first documented installation was in 1847 in another house that has since been demolished.
What could the value be?
