Using a rule that has become a bit black?

Hello, I'm wondering if it's okay to use this beam (45x220) that has been outside for a year and turned black. I've planed all the sides but there are still some black streaks that go a few millimeters deeper, I suppose.

It will be used indoors so it will be dry, but I don't want it to be there and potentially spread mold?

What do you think?

Note, the big black shape at the bottom left is a shadow. It's the streaks I'm curious about.

That's no problem, as long as it's dry before you enclose it.
