Hello!
I am in the process of building a house with Götenehus, and they have recently plastered the facade of the house. I noticed an area on the facade (to the left of the window in the attached photo) that is a bit uneven/blotchy. Since I'm a novice in this area, I wonder if anyone knows if this is normal or if it needs to be addressed? Is it done carelessly? Could it even disappear over time?
Grateful for any answers,
Jesper

I am currently building a house through Götenehus and they have recently plastered the facade of the house. I have recently had my house newly plastered for a lot of money, unfortunately, I have also noticed unevenness in several places that can only be seen in the evening when it is lit, according to the company that did the job, there is nothing wrong with it and you just have to accept it!! How much do you know about it?

Plastering is a craft and not industrially produced.
But without pictures, it's hard to assess the work done.

Not to be that person, but if you have the lighting as you do on the facade, there is a big risk of seeing a dip, but on a villa, as a craftsman, you should be able to avoid it.
And the image from the thread starter I assume is a hand-cut surface plaster type (lotusan k) that is applied too thick and roughened, which makes it a bit messy, unfortunately, it will never settle over time, it's just something they say, unfortunately.
