Type of ceiling, only soundproofing?

Hi, I am in the process of buying a house and wonder if anyone knows what type of ceiling this is? Risk of asbestos?

Looks like acoustic panels, has there been like a music studio in that room? It's probably not asbestos, but impossible to determine with just a picture. Feel it a bit with a knife, asbestos is typically rock hard, I would guess that is more porous material. The age can also give guidance; it was a long time ago that asbestos was banned.
