Trust moelven construction app

Hi, we are going to build a house that will be 8m wide. Planning to have it completely open on the inside of the house, which will be 7.5m. When I check with Moelven's construction app, it suggests I should use Kerto-S 45*450 at cc120. Should I trust what the app says or do I need to consult a structural engineer?
