What is the approximate cost to install a staircase "including everything" from one floor to another indoors in a typical house? "Including everything" here refers to the total price for the staircase including floor opening by craftsmen, installation work by craftsmen, the price of a "standard staircase" in wood, as well as any other costs I may have forgotten.

Depends on how your house is built. Is it wood or concrete floors? It's significantly easier with a wooden house.
You must file a so-called notification to the municipality since you are affecting load-bearing elements in the house. If additional living space is added, for example by converting the attic, they may require more things such as a fire protection description and you must have a control responsible person (KA).
We had concrete floors, so it became quite extensive to install a staircase to the attic. The municipality required a structural drawing, so we had to find an engineer to calculate it. The K-drawing required a support in the form of a steel beam. A metalworking company manufactured and installed it. Then a concrete cutting company could open the hole in the floor.
Prices for stairs and labor depend greatly on what type of staircase you want, but expect prices to start at 20,000 for the stairs (untreated pine), and then additional installation costs of perhaps a couple of thousand after ROT.
