Tongue and groove 16x120 in Stockholm...
I'm wondering if anyone by any chance knows where I can find slätspont 16x120 in the Stockholm area. I've checked with Fredells, Lissma, and Byggolle in Nacka - either there's a two-week delivery time or the lengths of the lumber are fixed and totally crazy (over 30% waste).
The lumber is going to be on the walls in the bedroom. The base is such that I can splice continuously without any problems - do you think it will look odd? The lumber is not end-matched, of course, but one could make a slight chamfer at the joints.

I'll give you a call!
I've also started looking at suppliers of solid flooring instead; it has the advantage that the wood pieces are furniture dry and often end-matched, but it becomes a bit more expensive.
Best regards,
Mathias

We have purchased from Strängnäs brädgård.
However, ours were somewhat narrower, I don't know if they have 120 on the shelf.
They have delivered to Stockholm before, I don't know if they still do.
Takes 1-1.5 hours to drive with a trailer.

What do you think about Byggmax pine floor 14 x 117 for 89 SEK/sqm? I have laid it as flooring in the countryside, and it was quite OK. The tongue-and-groove ends result in almost no waste. However, all the lengths are the same, which makes the joints form a diagonal line across the room. Not very attractive, but with some arrangement of the pieces, it can look good. I will try to make a picture...

Yes, byggmax turned out to be the smartest option. The only problem there is that it's a bit too damp to screw it up right away. It should ideally lie for a couple of weeks before laying it, according to information.
Instead, it became b-sorting from siljan via ttgolv.com, more expensive, but with a bit of bargaining, I can live with the price difference.....
But byggmax is probably the "best" option actually, for this purpose.
