Just have to share a little... it's not often you find really good products at a super low price.
I have had incredible use of this glue that costs a pittance at Biltema. I just wish it came in smaller quantities than the usual 290 ml tubes because once you've opened the tube, it tends to harden quickly as with all such tubes. Yes, it's probably one of the stickiest substances on this earth in an uncured state, but maybe that's what makes it so brilliant for many applications.
I've glued an enormous number of small troublesome things with this:
- the side mirror glass on the Volvo that came loose from their heated shells, worked perfectly thereafter for several years, stays put as solid as a rock at -30 degrees as well as in crazy high summer heat;
- fluorescent lamp fixtures where the tube holders became brittle and came off, just glue them with this extremely sticky but quick-curing and slightly flexible adhesive and it holds like a rock even to flimsy steel plate chassis. Tried epoxy before but it was too brittle and cracked;
- glue the base on Sodastream bottles that came loose, was presumably some hot melt glue there originally - perfect glue type here too thanks to very strong adhesion and slightly flexible joint;
- under the balcony door threshold to prevent water intrusion during extreme weather conditions - perfect sealing for surely 8 years.
Countless more things have been repaired just in the past year, it's hard to remember everything but this glue is truly phenomenal. Cures reasonably quickly too, just a couple of hours and it holds more or less rock solid.
Surely there must be more who have discovered this almost magical glue/sealant!
