Good thoughts.
When I think about it, I actually already have 145x34 decking in the garage. They can be placed next to each other to form 29cm. They can be joined underneath using hole plates.

The only thing I'm thinking about are the joints I get along each rail, in the middle, as well as the joints I get regularly due to the crosswise decking boards - those that bind the two rails together.
Will these joints pose any problem for the friction against the wheels, rolling over joints with 300+ kg?

You can screw a piece of board under the joints. Make the rails narrower if you don't want to move the stand sideways unnecessarily.

Hi,

Update: Here's how it turned out. See pictures.

Wooden pallet on grass with attached wheels and removable tracks leading into a shed, used for easier loading and transportation. Underneath structure with a hand winch mounted on a wooden beam, surrounded by wooden and metal materials on gravel.

As you can see, I moved the blocks into the corners to make room for the wheels. The tracks that extend onto the lawn are removable, making it easier to load the pallet. However, I noticed it was very heavy to push or pull in a fully loaded pallet, so I bought a winch at Jula (and built a little roof over it) - works perfectly! It's really powerful!
