I am planning to plaster a curved base/stair side. It is convex with a radius of 3m, made of "Leca" with a cement mortar slapped on. Does anyone have tips (and preferably experience) on how to achieve the radius in a good way? For example, should one set plaster laths (10-12 mm) that follow the curvature (i.e., horizontal laths) and work at 90 degrees compared to how you plaster a regular wall? Or vertical laths and a radius-sawn screed board. Or set laths quite densely and try to curve freehand?
