Hello,

In my apartment, I've lowered the ceiling by about 10 cm. The carpenter only installed drywall without any plywood or similar support, which has resulted in a very weak construction, causing my lights to fall spontaneously, so I have to patch them up.

Now for the next project, I want to hang glass panels to enclose my wardrobe, and these will hang from the ceiling with their profile (not from the floor).

Will this be possible, or do you have any smart tips on how to proceed? I've realized several times that forums provide better advice than the craftsmen. Could I drill through with 20 cm long screws to the original ceiling, which is concrete? Or can I make an opening and reinforce the ceiling? I have no idea.

HAHA are you serious :)? It might not be so silly, construction glue is quite strong...

Sure thing! A few drywall screws on that and if you're extra lucky, maybe after a few shots and a naked dance around the pole tomorrow, you'll hit a stud or two ;)
