Sitting here amusing myself by going through the budget for a bunch of renovations done in 2024 - the idea is that it's also a useful exercise for planning the next phase. The construction company I had was on an ongoing basis and I have the hours - however, they weren't broken down for the different items, so it's a bit difficult to get an approximate idea of how long different things might take. To be clear, I'm completely satisfied with their work and it's been paid and settled for a long time.

The question is simply - roughly speaking - how long should one estimate for "fixing" walls with drywall, seam filling, etc. For example, approximately 70 sqm "ordinary" house with 250 cm high ceilings, angles and corners, and of course, nothing is perfectly straight. The base was lovely Treetex on plank walls. Are we talking 80-100h or is that high or low?

If we then compare it with the time it would take for approximately 50 sqm where there is a cathedral ceiling with a height up to 6 meters :) it feels like it suddenly will take much more time for the same area.
