Yesterday, I replastered the baseboards inside the garage because I had sanded them down to remove tar residues before painting.

I had planned to paint the floor and baseboard with epoxy paint this weekend, but I now realize that the plaster might need more time to cure.
How long would a thin layer of plaster with Putsbruk C need to cure? Approximately just a few millimeters, it's more like I have been patching with it.

It's hard to say, it depends on who you ask and what color is used.

I'm wondering what happens if the plaster hasn't fully cured.

The plan is to use Nils Malmgren's Epoxy, which I will pick up from DHL this afternoon.

What happens is that it flakes and comes off. If it's indoors, it's usually more forgiving.

Now it's in a heated garage (~13 degrees today) and on the pedestal, so the stress should be very low compared to the floor surfaces.

The question also becomes, does it make any difference to wait until tomorrow to paint, or should I even postpone it until next weekend, or do I need to wait 2 months?

I usually want to wait a couple of months, but then it ends up being years instead..
Wait until tomorrow, it's the first three days when the curing mainly occurs.

Was polishing ~at 10 PM yesterday, so it won't even be a day if I paint tonight.
Then I'll wait until Saturday or probably Sunday to start painting.

If I could, I would have gladly waited 2 months, but I would like to paint it at the same time as the floor, and not using the garage for 2 months is not an option right now =)

Thanks for the answers to a confused one! =)

It will surely be great!
