We're thinking of renovating our living room now that a new year is approaching. We're considering putting up timber paneling to achieve a more rustic feel, which we both like. I'm wondering how much prep work is required to achieve a good result. Currently, there's a regular wallpaper there. Do I need to remove the wallpaper and fill in the uneven areas, or is there another way? Also wondering where I can buy quality timber paneling? There don't seem to be many selling it, or maybe I've missed it.

Googled a bit and found Timmerpanel, one with prices, Larssonhus. There are probably more if you search for timmerpanel
