You might have to knock off quite a lot of plaster anyway if you're going to replaster?

I knocked off all the plaster.
Then, since the concrete block wasn't completely even, I glued waterproof boards with adhesive onto the walls.

Then the concrete hole stone wasn't completely even, so I glued wet room boards with adhesive on the walls.
all the loose material is gone, planning to sand down to remove the paint since I don't think it's the right paint. but the question was if you could tile directly on concrete hole stone instead of doing the extra work to plaster first

The walls must be completely straight when setting tiles, so either plaster them or, as Bruk writes, glue a board.
