Tile on CC 45 and tongue and groove 19mm
I want to lay tile on a floor that is built as described above. I know that cc30 is recommended but I have sometimes also seen 45? Can you put something on the raw wood like 6mm gypsum or something similar to be able to lay tile safely?
Preferably, I don't want to increase the height at all, but what is necessary?

Wood is a living material, if you place tiles directly on wood, the tiles will come loose.
Tiles must be placed on dead material, such as at least 13 mm floor gypsum.
Regular gypsum boards risk, among other things, cracking apart, and then the tiles will come loose.

Tiled floors without underfloor heating are very cold floors.
Even if the actual floor temperature is 20⁰, the floor feels like it's about 10⁰.

Fibre cement board perhaps?
8mm, screwed and glued on top of the underfloor heating in my case, according to LK's (underfloor heating) installation instructions.
Have laid it in the above manner in a smaller hallway and toilet.
