The tiles on the bottom step have come loose, both the vertical and the horizontal ones. How do I repair it? How do I "glue" those tiles back again? #staircase-concrete-casting

Used something like this: https://stenbolaget.se/products/stenlim-pu-stonegrip-598-750ml Everything loose must be removed and it should be clean.
