The bottom step has come loose

A cast staircase covered with sea stone tiles.
The tiles on the bottom step have come loose, both the vertical and the horizontal ones.
How do I repair it? How do I "glue" those tiles back again?

There is stone glue but it is very difficult to handle. Buy a bag of casco husfix at Bauhaus and a spatula to get the "stripes" in the fix.

I built a low wall with concrete stone and stone adhesive, super easy to use, a bit like spraying foam but not as expanding. Used something like this:

Everything loose must be removed and it should be clean.
