Next week the daytime temperature will be between 5-7 C, can the wall be plastered? It states that plastering should not occur if the temperature drops below +5. At night it is around -5 degrees, can plastering be done in such weather?

No, it is at least the daily average temperature that is meant. But I would wait until it is guaranteed frost-free throughout the entire curing process. Towards the end of May in Stockholm if you want to be completely sure.
