Hello!
I was planning to make a wardrobe more accessible and manageable by tearing down an interior wall, but it turned out to be problematic as the "beam" at the front is load-bearing (the wall behind is made of lightweight concrete). I got this info from the housing association, which says that a structural drawing must be made, and a building permit must be applied for, etc. My question is if someone can give an estimate of how much work and what needs to be done practically in terms of tearing down the beam (and installing steel studs?). I attach pictures that will hopefully help to explain.
Thankful for answers
