I cannot see that they would be self-supporting truss rafters; it is more likely that the walls shown in the sectional drawing are load-bearing, which are probably the knee walls on the top floor. Additionally, there are probably reinforcements around the dormer windows.

Is there a beam somewhere in the ceiling of the common room?

There is no visible beam in the living area on floor 2. No. The walls in the attic are load-bearing as you say 👍

Then the encircling wall should not be load-bearing, but I give no guarantees.

I also don't think it is load-bearing. Load-bearing is usually at least 45x95 with a proper top plate. Non-load-bearing 45x70 and just a top track.
