Hello!
I'm going to replace the roof this summer and am currently planning the job by looking at different solutions.
The current situation is that I have an uninsulated cold attic, an underlay roof in the form of rough boarding and roofing felt, and concrete tiles. There is some black mold in a few places. The latest roof renovation was carried out in 1975 when the felt, battens, and tiles were replaced. The rough boarding has been there since the 1940s. It is a simple gable roof without any dormers or the like.
I will have clay tiles on the new roof and am considering a free-hanging and breathable underlay according to the following model:

Does anyone have experience and thoughts regarding this? I'm drawn to the breathable solution.

I would have skipped the tarp, this thread makes me very skeptical even if it is a different brand.
What condition is the råspont in? Just because it is old does not necessarily mean it is bad. Maybe it is enough to replace certain planks?

A little mold on the rough sheathing is not a reason to replace it. However, it's a reason to consider why there is mold.
There are diffusion-open membranes that can be used instead of paper. These are preferably laid on rough sheathing.
But, by all means, if for one reason or another you don't want to address the cause of mold/moisture, a roof without rough sheathing and with only a moisture-open membrane is probably a good solution. Well, except for the fact that there are animals like wasps and mice, for example... (But, as the heading for the membrane stated: quick and easy - they probably didn't mention that it also applied to destruction...).
