Do you have any ideas for a reasonably quick and not too expensive stair renovation where you just add a surface layer to the existing steps and landing?
I have looked around a bit but haven't really found anything that fits since I need to have the same "material" on the landing that matches the steps, including the stair nose.
Ideas?

I had considered regular carpet.
