Hi,

I'm working on a slow project at home where I've set up a 30 sqm arch greenhouse covered with polycarbonate sheets. However, I want to make it a bit more airtight than the original because of heating. I've also chosen not to cover one gable end with the accompanying polycarbonate, but instead, I've made a wooden facade.

What I'd like help with is finding a good solution for neatly sealing the joint between the arched polycarbonate of the roof and the facade. Metal seems quite cumbersome to shape, considering the entire greenhouse is arched along the joint.

Perhaps some kind of formable rubber/butyl strip would be more suitable? Roofing felt? In the image below, you can see how it should look, and this is on one end, while I've made a wooden gable on the other end. Any thoughts or smart ideas?

A semicircular greenhouse made of polycarbonate panels with a red line showing the joint between the roof and the front wall for sealing improvement.

Best regards,
Tom
