I would need some suggestions on what type of bolt I can replace this with. It is for a phone mount on a motorcycle. I want to adjust it regularly, but for that, I currently need an Allen key. Which in itself is not a problem, except that I want to be able to do it without the need for tools.
Is there any type of bolt that can be replaced with one that is easier to tighten by hand? It still needs to be somewhat tight, as I can't tighten an Allen bolt by hand. I need to tighten it more than that.
I first thought of something similar to a wing nut. But the head can't be too wide. It needs to fit within the white markings I've made on the first picture. As you can see in the second picture, it's not possible to have a wider head.
Any suggestions on bolts I can tighten hard by hand that could replace the existing bolt?
Something like this? The handle's position is adjustable in relation to the screw. Or a type of screw like the ones found on bicycles in, for example, the seat post?
