Hello, I am going to buy a new air/air heat pump and might also move the indoor unit, which will leave a hole in the wall where the old one was (pipe passage). Now I'm looking for tips/suggestions on how to cover this hole to get a decent interior?
Anyone who has done this before or has any ideas, please bring them forward now =)

Ah, that's what you meantMugAssMaz said:
It's some type of wood (we bought the house recently so haven't done anything with the walls yet, so I'm not sure what's behind, whether they had a wood panel or actually wooden boards as they did in the past). I know the owner said the electricians weren't happy as they had to "notch" out channels to lay cable at some point.
This is about rather small holes 1/4"-3/4". But I have cover plates as an option, just need to modify them a bit firstTss said:
