Hello!

I'm setting up a slackline in the yard, one end around a tree and the other on a stone wall (like railway sleepers made of stone).

For anyone who doesn't know what slackline is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxnXqc1n0i4

I need a really strong hook that can withstand the pressure. Preferably with 4 anchor points. I'm thinking of securing it with 4 anchors. There are commercial options available but for example, €230! Insanely expensive.

For example, this one: https://www.slackline-tools.com/ind...ct]=98&cHash=89a22ccdda1250d8f1a635748497aadf

I tested a post shoe from Biltema, it lasted for 5 minutes...

Can you drill a hole through the wall and place a regel at one end of the line? So the line goes through the wall with a regel as a lock, place the line close to the ground for more stability! I've never tried slackline but I climb a lot! Otherwise, you drive a 70*70 impregnated post into the ground and place 2 supports that are driven down at a 45-degree angle and attached to the vertical. The posting is done towards the anchor tree and laid back against the post, make sure you get a good height so you just slide the loop over!

A floor anchor for locking a motorcycle should handle it easily. It is attached with 4 M10 expanders and is made to withstand some abuse. Costs 199:-

Hmm, it's granite and the wall is probably more than 30 cm thick so it will be difficult. Setting a post would have worked but I would rather find a good and strong hook, the simplest and neatest solution in my case. Just need to find the right product :)

Thanks for the tip! Will test it. And then as norrbottenstorpet writes, mount it on the top side instead so it holds better.

If it doesn't hold, norrbottenstorpets climbing gear should work.

Off to Biltema..!
