In regular hardware stores, such timber is scarce. Common construction timber (dimension planed spruce) 45x220 is the largest available dimension. The easiest option is to buy laminated timber 42x180 or 42x225, depending on the staircase's measurements. Otherwise, you need to find a supplier for the joinery industry. Another alternative is to go to a custom joinery shop and order the correct dimension in knot-free pine.
