My intermediate floor needs reinforcement and I hope someone has an idea on how to do it. The span is 530 cm, the current beam dimensions are 65x210mm, they are placed approximately 600cc apart, and they have sagged about 3 cm. I would prefer not to have a beam underneath and not to raise the floor on the upper level too much. I am considering if it is enough to jack up the current beams and nail kertobalkar with dimensions 45x220 mm to each of the existing beams, what do you think?
