I am building wardrobes with doors made from standard wardrobe doors (laminated particleboard) as a base, and acoustic panels ("ribbed wall") with "felt" backing glued on one side of the door. The first door turned out well, but when I went to hang the second one, I noticed it wasn't flat, but rather had warped at the top end. It is flat all the way except for about the top 40cm, where it bends "out" towards the acoustic panel, creating a gap of about 5cm at the end.

I have no idea how this happened, but obviously, something went wrong. I checked the doors upon delivery, stored them flat indoors for about 5 months, and had it on a flat workbench when I glued, where it stayed for more than a week from gluing to installation. I glued the first door with construction adhesive, the second with flooring adhesive Cascoflex. Perhaps the door was warped upon delivery and I missed it? Or maybe it warped during storage? Could it have warped from the glue (but I would think the laminate should have kept the moisture in the glue away from the particleboard)?

Ultimately, it doesn't matter much, but I REALLY want to straighten it out again as I don't have any extra acoustic panel, and it is no longer available from the supplier. How can I do this? The acoustic panel has no resistance at all, so it's "just" the door that needs to be dealt with. HOW can I do it?
